According to the request of professors and students and in order to better prepare the venue, respect the rights and conditions of the respected participants and based on the decision made by the conference board, the date of the conference is hereby changed to December 28 and 29, 2022. This date will not be changed in any way and the deadline for final acceptance of manuscript will be extended to December 16, 2022.
